Directions

Dukes of Windsor Street is situated in Windsor Street which is off London Road B1350. We are a 10 minute walk from Waverely Train Station being the largest and nearest train station to the hotel. There are taxi ranks both inside and outside the Station, and if walking exit the Train Station from the Princes Street side. Turn right and walk to the crossing outside the Balmoral Hotel, cross at the crossing Wellington on horse is directly in from turn right then left down Leith Street. Keep walking until the crossing is reached outside John Lewis large storeshop. Cross at John Lewis and turn left, keep walking past the Omni Centre then the Playhouse Theatre until you have to turn right onto London Road this part of the Road is a called Blenheim Place. Cross at the crossing at Blenhein Place onto Leopold Place and turn right, Windsor Street is the first street to the left, and Dukes of Windsor Street is the middle Georgian House No17 on the right hand side. If traveling from the airport, which is approximately 30-45 minutes from the city centre, the two options are Airport Bus and Taxi. The taxi is approximately £17-£20 one way with the airport bus being approximately £5 return. If traveling to the city centre from the airport by bus please follow directs for walking from the train Station as the dropping off point for the airport bus is opposite the entrance to Waverely Train Station. The main Bus Station is also only a ten Minute walk from the hotel, or alternatively buses 1, 4, 15, or 34 will take you to London Road.
